First of all, I just want to say, thank you from the bottom of my heart for being most likely the first K-Pop store in New Zealand. I've been searching the web far and wide for a store like this, and I finally found one, this being it! The package came perfectly, not damaged at all, basically I got exactly what I wanted. I cannot even thank you enough. As for the customer service, the staff working here are extremely nice! They called me "lovely" and replied to my message within around 20-30 minutes. My package came within about 3 business days, so I have already bought a second album (ITZY's Mr. Vampire) because of how much I loved my last item. So, overall, SHOP HERE.
