Shipping policy

Tracking Your Order:

  • Upon order fulfillment, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow 24 business hours for the tracking information to update with a pickup notification.

Delivery Estimates:

  • Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 business days after fulfillment.
  • Be advised that delays can sometimes occur due to factors outside our control.
  • To inquire about a potentially delayed parcel, kindly wait at least 4 business days from the expected delivery date.

Delivery Options:

  • We utilize tracked courier services for all shipments unless local delivery or pickup is chosen at checkout.

Local Delivery (Auckland Area Only):

  • For local delivery within a designated Auckland radius, please contact us via email to coordinate a convenient delivery time.
  • We highly recommend in-person delivery to ensure the safe receipt of your order.
  • K-Pop Stop NZ is not liable for missing parcels once delivered if no one is present to receive them.

Pickup Option:

  • Customers can arrange pickups directly with K-Pop Stop NZ by emailing kpopstopnz@gmail.com.
  • Please specify your desired date and time.
  • Note that weekend pickups are subject to availability and specific time slots.

Delivery Accuracy:

  • Double-check your address details during checkout to ensure prompt delivery.
  • If you encounter any issues with your order, please email kpopstopnz@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.

International Shipping:

  • K-Pop Stop NZ currently does not ship internationally due to high shipping costs.
