Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy, which allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your items must be:
- In its original, unopened and undamaged condition
- In the original packaging (including plastic sleeve)
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team by emailing kpopstopnz@gmail.com. We will provide you with further instructions on how and where to return your items.
Please note: Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted!
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at kpopstopnz@gmail.com. We will promptly address the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Minor damages to external packaging/plastic
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Pre-order items (Please ensure you are happy with your order before purchasing!)
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the desired item is to return the original item and place a separate purchase for the new item once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please allow processing time by your bank or credit card company.
Change of Mind Refunds
Unfortunately, we do not accept requests for refunds due to a change of mind. Please ensure you are happy with your items before placing an order. This policy applies to all items, including pre-order purchases.
