I preordered the album and didn’t mind the wait for the product to come in. It was dispatched earlier than their predicted stock date, and it came all in one piece with everything to perfection!
Customer service is amazing! I had a bit of a delay with the courier, and they offered to call if the package didn’t come sooner, and that was totally sweet - considering that it was out of their hands now, but they were still willing to help out!
The sweet little freebies with the note made me smile, and I’m really grateful to have a service like this here in NZ! Thank you to you guys!!! 💜💜💜
