Shipping duration

Tried this site because it offered Afterpay. However, the shipping took way too long. The MV was released on Aug 26, got the package Sept 16 which is almost a month difference. Shipping in other sites takes less than 5 days from the mv release of mv of preordered albums. Hope shipping is shorten in the future.

We are so sorry to hear the shipping time took too long! Unfortunately we are yet to find a supplier who will ship the albums to us by the release date.
We do state our estimated date of stock (when we expect the items to arrive to us) on the product listings, which is usually around a month from the release date. However we will continue to look for reliable suppliers who can hopefully ship out the albums to us closer to the release date in the future!
