Disappointed with the service. l asked for the e-cart to be emailed on Christmas day 25/12/22. Our daughter received it the next day. I had to show her the receipt on christmas day for the $200 e-card. Not how we thought it was going to work.

We unfortunately did not realise that there was a delay in the e-gift card email being sent out due to the gift card company being based overseas. I do appreciate you taking the time to leave a review though so that we became aware of the issue, and have tried our best to fix it for future customers.
