Courier delivery takes on average 2-4 business days from order fulfillment.

Orders usually take on average 1-3 business days to be fulfilled and picked up by the courier. If your order contains a pre-order item, your entire order will be placed on hold until all the items arrive.

Please refer to the estimated date of stock on the product page to find out approximately when the album will arrive to us!

Yes, all online album sales count towards Hanteo charts, as well as the Aotearoa music charts!

Yes! All our albums are sourced from official suppliers in Korea, Japan (for Japanese albums) and the US (for US-release albums).

We are an online store only, but do offer pick ups for orders from a residential address in Mt Wellington, Auckland. 

Pre-orders take an average of around 3 weeks from the item release date to arrive to us, though this may take longer during busy seasons.

If you order any in stock items with pre-order items, your entire order will be placed on hold until the pre-order items arrive.

If you would like us to send in stock items first, please order them separately, otherwise you can contact us to organise this for you. Shipping fees may apply.
